Sure. Over the past two weeks I struggled with keeping an "open heart." Sometimes I was resisting difference; I was making sharp judgments or assumptions; or I was altering my behavior because I felt vulnerable or uncertain. We all struggle in this way. I just drew a picture to depict its transformation, that is, light breaking through a more open heart.
